French Cheese Cake

You need:

  1. 150 gram ground “petite beurre” cookies
  2. 50 gram butter
  3. 75 gram milk white chocolate
  4. 250 gram sweet cream
  5. 50 gram ground sugar
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 400 gram fresh white cheese
  8. 100 gram dark chocolate
  • In cake form put cookies mixed with butter
  • on cookies put second part of cake/mix dark chocolate,sweet cream,1 egg/
  • now put 3. part/fresh white cheese mixed with sugar,white chocolate,2 eggs
  • bake it on 160 Celsius for one hour
 

Fritter with eggplants-Traditional Mediterranean Food-Greek Kitchen January 30, 2008


You can have thousands different healthy dishes with eggplants!Whole Mediterranean region have a lot different recipe with eggplants!

FRITTERS with EGGPLANTS
traditional Greek and Croatian Food

Integrates:

  1. 500 gram of dark farina tip 400
  2. 1 pack of instant yeast
  3. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  4. 1 table spoon of olive oil
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 eggplants/for better results you have to cut eggplants on small parts and add sea salt,mix it and leave it for 2 hours/
  7. 1 tea cup of yogurt
  8. warm water
  9. 1 tea spoon of paper and sweet red grounded paprika

Prepare:

  • put farina in big pot
  • add yeast ,salt,paper and sweet red paprika
  • mix it with spoon
  • add eggs,olive oil
  • add colander-ed ,cut and salted eggplants/eggplants have to be cat in small parts/
  • add yogurt and add warm water /little by little/ and mix it well with spoon
  • wait about 1 hour and start with fry in deep warm oil/just as you fry donuts/
  • serve it warm with white cheese or sour cream with cut fresh green onion

Traditional Mediterranean food-Musaka with eggplants January 27, 2008

MUSAKA

Integrates:

  1. 800 gram grounded beef
  2. 800 gram potatoes
  3. 600 gram eggplants
  4. 1 red onion
  5. 1 tea cup of tomato juice
  6. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  7. cat garlic and parsley
  8. 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon
  9. paper
  10. 1/2 tea cup of olive oil
  11. 1/2 tea spoon of sugar

Cover:

  • 4 table spoon of regular farina
  • 50 gram of butter
  • 50 gram of grounded cheese
  • 1/2 litter of milk
  • 1/2 tea spoon of dried dill
  • paper
  • 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt

Preparation: /First prepare meat and eggplants/

  • Cat eggplants on long parts ,add salt and put it on the side for 2 hours,after two hours fry it on both sides
  • clean and cut potatoes and cook it in salt water
  • prepare grounded beef/first add cut onion on olive oil, when onion became gold add grounded meat and mix it!Now add sea salt,paper, cinnamon !Cook it for 30 min. and than add tomato juice and sugar!Cook it until all water gone!

Preparation of cover:

  • resolve butter and add 4 table spoon of farina
  • mix it 2-3 min
  • add warm milk and sea salt
  • add grounded cheese
  • add dried dill and paper
  • mix it well

How we Compose integrates for Musaka:

  • In pan first put just a little olive oil
  • add first row of eggplants
  • second row is meat sauce
  • next is potatoes
  • for the end use eggplants
  • add cover
  • bake all in warm oven for 40 min.
  • serve it warm or cold with green salad

Hello Dear Friends!!Today ,again,i will share my oldest daughter ,wonderful ,nice and easy recipe for Fantastic Apple Muffins!

Integrates:

  • 200 gram of farina tip 500
  • 250 gram of scrubbed apples
  • 100 gram of sugar
  • 1 table spoon of semolina
  • 50 gram of oil
  • 50 gram of milk
  • 1 tea spoon of baking soda
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of Cinnamon
  • 20 gram of hazelnuts/cut in small parts/
  • 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt

Prepare:

  • Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar
  • add oil,milk,cinnamon and mix just a little
  • add farina,baking soda,sea salt,mix it
  • add apples and cut hazelnuts,mix with spoon about 5 min.
  • now use paper models for muffins and add mixture in it
  • bake it on 180 Celsius for 30 min.

Today I will show you how to prepare nice and sweet cocos balls without baking!! We All love Cocos balls…

Integrates:

  • 200 gram of water
  • 500 gram of sugar
  • 200 gram of butter
  • 400 gram cocos powder for cakes
  • 250 gram of milk in powder

Prepare:

  • Put water in pot and add sugar
  • put all on the fire and wait to boil
  • add butter and cook it 5 min.
  • add cocos powder and milk in powder
  • mix all on light fire for 5 min.
  • remove from fire and wait half hour
  • now you can make little balls,every ball put in cocos powder for decoration/as you can see on my daughter photo/

I think that i saw more than 1000 different apple pie recipe!I would like to share our traditional apple pie recipe!

APPLE PIE

Integrates:

  1. 500 gram of farina tip 500 or 550
  2. 1 pack of baking powder
  3. 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt
  4. 220 gram of sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 220 gram of butter
  7. 1 lemon /juice and planed peel/

FILL:

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 300 gram of sugar
  • 2 table spoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tea cup of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tea spoon of Rum
  • 1 lemon juice

Prepare:

  • put farina in big pot
  • add baking powder,salt and mix it
  • add butter cut in small parts with sugar
  • add eggs and lemon juice and peel
  • mix it well with hands for 20 min
  • separate all in two parts
  • put one part in fridge
  • second part spread all over the pan
  • now add prepared fill
  • take first part of dough from fridge and scrub it on the fill/you can see how its look on my pictures/
  • bake it on 200 Celsius about 25 min.
  • cut it and serve

SWEET ORANGE BREAD

Integrates:

  1. 1 and half kg of farina tip 500 or 550
  2. 1 kg of orange/juice and grated peel/
  3. 250 gram of brown sugar
  4. 2 pack of vanilla sugar
  5. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  6. 30 gram of fresh barm or you can use instant
  7. 1 pack of baking powder
  8. 200 gram of butter
  9. 4 eggs + 1 egg for decoration+few cubes of sugar

Prepare:

  • first put farina in big pot
  • add warm orange juice and peel
  • add cut butter and eggs
  • add barm
  • add sugar,vanilla sugar and baking powder
  • now mix it all,mix well with hands like when you bake ordinary bread
  • put all on warm place
  • when all became twice bigger bake again
  • make 3 smaller parts
  • put it on warm place and wait until became twice bigger
  • decorate it with eggs and sugar
  • bake it in warm oven on 160 Celsius for 45 min
  • serve cold

This is one of my favorite cakes!!Whole world have to know this recipe!!

POPPY and CHOCOLATE Cake

Integrates:/for 4/

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 tea cup of sugar
  3. 1 teacup of sunflower oil
  4. 2 pack of vanilla sugar
  5. 1 and half tea cup of milk
  6. 1 tea cup of farina tip 550 or 500
  7. 2 and half tea cup of grounded poppy
  8. half tea cup of semolina
  9. 1 baking powder
  10. half tea spoon of sea salt
  11. 2 table spoon of chocolate powder
  12. 1 table spoon of rum

Coating:

  1. 7 table spoon of marmalade
  2. 1 tea spoon of honey
  3. 1 table spoon of Rum

Glaze:

  • 100 gram of dark chocolate/70% of cacao/
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 2 table spoon warm water

Prepare:

  • first mix eggs with sugar and vanilla
  • add oil,milk,farina and mix it slowly
  • add semolina ,baking powder,chocolate powder, grounded poppy and Rum
  • mix more 5 min.
  • bake it on 180 Celsius about half hour
  • add coating and glaze while all is warm
  • put all in fridge for 8 hour
  • serve cold and Bone Appetit
