Few hours ago,i made octopus for our dinner!We rally enjoy,it was very tasting!
OCTOPUS WITH ONION AND POTATOES
You need:
- 1 kg fresh octopus
- 1/2 kg of red sweet onion
- 2 kg of potatoes
- little bit of garlic and parsley
- 2 dl of olive oil
- salt
- parer
How to prepare:
- clean up and wash octopus
- peel potatoes and onion
- cut garlic and parsley
- put all together in pan
- add salt ,paper and olive oil
- bake in oven on 180 Celsius 1 and half hour
- all will be better if you have folio for baking to put it all in it and than bake/as you can see on my photos/
