Today I cooked a nice clear mediteraniean lamb soup!For lamb soup you need:

Lamb soup/janjeca juha/ you need: 14 oz./400gr/lamb meat,1 bunch root vegetables,2 oz rice/50gr/,2 oz/50 gr/ Savoy cabbage,2 egg yolks,2 gloves garlic,1 onion,1 bay leaf,4-5 pepper corns,juice of 1 lemon,salt,parsley,2-3 tomato or 2 oz. of tomato juice. Prepare like all soups,place the meat in a fair amount of water and bring to the boil than add all vegetable and salt,paper!!Rice goes on the end!Bone appetit
