Pizza with smoked fish December 14, 2007

Hello!!As you know yesterday was big celebration of St.Lucia Day!!I got a new multipractic mixer!First I made well known Black cake for hubby and today I make a nice Pizza!!for the first time I make pizza with smoked fish, sweet corn fresh sweet paprika, black olive ,emmentaler cheese and tomato!Its fantastic!What a taste!If you have time try it?I serve pizza with green salad!After all a glass of Merlot/the wine as we made ,from our vineyard/!!For this fantastic Pizza you need: 500 gr. of smoked fish,250 gr.cheese,150 gr. tomato ,1 pc. of sweet red paprika,100 gr. sweet corn,5-6 black olive!
