Hello Dear on-line Friends!!You often ask me about my country Croatia!!I would be proud to tell you something more about Croatia!! Croatia is a small country in Europa on the coast of Adriatic sea!The capitol is Zagreb and the largest city on the coast is Split.We have nice sea coast,nice Mediterranean weather, warm summers,nice clear sea,more than 1200 islands!!The biggest island is island of Hvar with the most sunny days in whole year in Europa!!The most popular city on the coast is city of Dubrovnik!!Our cousin is traditional mediterranean cuisine with olive oil,lot of sea fruits and vegetables!

Milk rolls-for whole family December 6, 2007
I will like to share this easy and nice recipe for milk rolls with you!!All can do it!!It is so easy and cheap!My grandkids love it!!.
You need:600gr of white flour/type 550/i tea spoon of baking soda,1 tea spoon of salt,1tea cup of corn or sunflower oil,1 tea cup of sour cream,1 dry/instant/bakers yeast, 2 soup spoon of sugar,i tea cup of warm milk!.
Bake /concoct/all together about 15 minutes !Roll out on 1/2 cm and then cut in square 10×10 cm.You can fill it wit dry fruits ,chocolate ,hazelnuts, marmalade, cheese or other think as you prefer!.
Bake it for 10-15 min. in worm/180 Celsius/oven!
