Most popular salad in Croatia,very nice to eat with bread or with cheese ,meat ,turkey etc..
You need/6 doses/1/2 kg. fresh carrot ,1/2 kg of green bean,1 kg potato,6 eggs, 1/2kg mayonnaise , 2 spoon of olive oil,salt,paper,1 spoon of mustard,1/2 kg of gherkin!!.
Prepare: carrot ,green bean, potato put in the pot and cook about 45 minutes!You can cook eggs in same pot!When all is cooked you have to cut it in small peaces !Gherkin have to be cut ,too!!Than you put all together and mix with salt, olive oil ,paper, mustard and mayonnaise!.
It can stay in your fridge more than 10 days and it is very good taste and healthy !!

Different countries have a different rules about Christmas BIG meal!!Our Christmas food have to be with meat and fish!!Usually we start with nice cheese and prosciutto!Lot of french salad/cold salad with beans ,carrot ,potato ,mayonnaise, ham and eggs/!!After that we use to serve young lamb soup with homemade pasta, Than roasted young lamb and turkey with potato and tomato!Green salad with green onion is part of Christmas lunch!For desert nice chocolate and hazelnuts cake and lot of cookies!We like to drink wine such as Merlot!
